14 March 2003, Tirana , Albania - O.E.S DISTRIMED was incorporated as a private company limited by shares with company founders Orjada JAHO and Ermal RIZAJ.By memorandum of association of our company, the objective of O.E.S DISTRIMED is stated to carry out business as a commercial company in the area of medical supplies in the health field, import-Export.Our mission is to deliver high-quality, competitively priced medical innovative devices to make healthcare more accessible and affordable around Albania .

Over the last 5 years, we have become one of the leading importers, supplier and marketer of medical devices in Albania with a rapidly growing national presence in the health field. Our success has been deeply rooted in our continuous accurate relations with the customer and commitment to invest approximately 10% of our revenues into marketing and promotion every year. With 2 biomedical engineers and other technicians on staff, we have built a trusted platform for our clients in the electro-medical range.

We currently offer more than 530 products across these product segments including: Electro medical Equipments; Laboratory & Diagnostic; Commodities and Consumer Goods; Pre-Pharmaceutical; Pharmaceutical.

We expect to continue to introduce more new products each year to broaden our market reach. We are confident that our growing comprehensive portfolio of high-quality, affordable products will allow us to continue gaining market share.

In the Republic of Albania Public Health System we have distributed products respectively to more than 36 Directorates of Public Health including Directorates of Primary Care in the administrative divisions; Hospital Directorates represented by regional hospitals and Hospital Services represented by districts hospitals.

Apart the above mentioned other more specialized hospitals have been supplied by O.E.S DISTRIMED such as:

University Hospital Center "Nene Tereza", Tirana; Spitali Universitar Obstetrik-Gjinekologjik "Mbreteresha Geraldine" Tirane; Obstetric-Gynecologic University Hospital "Koço Gliozheni" - Tirane; Lung's Diseases University Hospital"Shefqet Ndroqi" Tirana; Blood Donation and Transfusion National Center; Drugs Control National Center; University Central Military Hospital-Laprake/ Tirana.

In the private market which is also very important to us we register more than 157 clients (mainly sales distributors) which are growing approximately 20% each calendar year.

We are licensed from the Ministry of Health of Albania for the Medical and Pharmaceutical Field and we are a Member of the Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
