Contact the technical department and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible and different from the registered one. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the faulty device or the reason for return. O.E.S Distrimed is not responsible for transport of your equipmes. The customer is responsible for transportation of equipment to O.E.S Distrimed for service and return it back to theirs premises (this includes custom charges).
